1. Returns Refunds

What is your return policy?

Kaliclo offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached. For full details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

In what condition should I return the item?

  • Packed securely to prevent damage in transit

Are exchanges available?

Yes, exchanges are available, subject to stock availability. Please contact our support team at info@kaliclo.com and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, and if it meets our return requirements and is approved, refunds are processed within up to 10 days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kaliclo.com while we'll do our best to assist, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

3. Shipping Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide, with no minimum spend required.

What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM AEST (Monday–Friday) enter processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 6-11 business days (processing + transit). Delivery time may vary depending on courier activity.

What if my order is delayed?
Occasional delays can happen due to courier disruptions or high order volumes. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please allow an extra 2 business days (Monday-Friday). If it still hasn’t arrived after that, email us at info@kaliclo.com with your order number and we'll assist.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your parcel through our Track Your Order page.

4.Issues With Your Order

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kaliclo.com and include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
